Refunds

Unless there is a fault with the fabric, I cannot offer a refund after you have paid for the fabric as all fabrics are printed to order. Please make sure you look at the fabric before you cut it. Returns cannot be accepted as the fabrics are being cut to your requirements. Before you purchase a fabric, I would recommend you order a sample near to the time of ordering so that you can be sure that the fabric is in the right shade. The colour of the base cloth can change slightly. Please email me and I will be happy to assist. I can also offer a consultation to help you make the right decisions for your home design.

Display

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible. However, different devices display colour differently and may therefore vary.

Please be aware that deliveries to countries outside of the UK may incur custom charges for which I am not responsible. Please email me for the delivery charges outside of the UK.

Cancellation

I cannot offer a refund once the order has been made. This is because once the order has been sent to the printers, we cannot stop the order. Refunds are available only if there is a fault with the fabric. Please check the fabric before you make any cuts and inform us within 28 days from delivery. Any irregularities and variations in the weave of the fabrics are not considered as defects. The shade of the fabric may vary slightly from roll to roll which is beyond of our control.
