WHAT I DO
Hello, my name is Leona Drey, I'm an interior and fabric designer based in East Sussex, UK. I specialise in both residential and rental projects. I also design bespoke fabric patterns that I print in the UK. I sell my bespoke fabrics and handcrafted headboards.
I believe a home should tell your story — not follow trends. It should feel calm, lived‑in, and beautifully balanced. My designs blend soft and vibrant colours, organic textures, and thoughtful details to create spaces that are practical and beautifying and that support your wellbeing and reflect the way you truly live.
I carefully consider the impact on the natural environment when designing. All the realia incorporated in my designs I source from local shops and trades people. My fabrics are printed to order, and I upcycle wherever possible.

HOW I WORK
My process is calm, collaborative, and personal. I take time to understand your home, your routines, and what makes you feel comfortable. Together, we create spaces that feel effortless, grounded, and deeply welcoming.
HOW I PRESENT MY WORK - THE TRADITIONAL WAY
- I sketch and draw the design including furniture placement plan that includes lighting and a mood board.
- I can provide interior styling and colour consultancy.
- I can also design a specific fabric pattern or one colour print for your interior.
- I tend to encourage customers to keep or add period features.
- I love adding colour with a modern touch to reflect the customers' personalities and I adapt the design to the customers' lifestyle.

Alongside my design work, I create my own range of fabrics inspired by nature, heritage patterns, and traditional techniques. Each piece is made with care, using natural fibres and environmentally conscious processes.
FABRICS & SOFT FURNISHING DESIGN
As a fabric designer, I can design bespoke textiles tailored to your home.
This includes curtains, cushions, upholstery fabrics, and custom patterns inspired by nature and traditional craft. But of course, I also use other designers fabrics.
